$1000 Grand-Prize Winner Announced!

Jerry Moser was announced as the most recent local winner drawn from Marcus Lumber’s $1,000 shopping spree giveaway. Jerry was the lucky winner drawn from the hundreds of names entered into the sweepstakes from customers who signed up in the store, or through mail. Marcus Lumber’s giveaway was kicked off with the release of their 130 page Spring Merchandise catalog.
Featured in the picture above are Marcus Lumber’s Clay and Grant Leavitt awarding the $1,000 check to the lucky winner Jerry from Marcus. “We’re delighted to provide one of our customers a great little summer surprise. We thank all those who entered the give-away for their participation” said Clay Leavitt of Marcus Lumber. Jerry has browsed the 67,000 items available through Marcus Lumber’s warehouse and has decided to put the $1,000 check towards many new tools for the shop on the his century farm. Moser notes “You guys have a great business, I really appreciated the unexpected surprise; adding, I’m looking forward to finally having a table-saw out at the farm.” Marcus Lumber has been sponsoring this biannual customer appreciation giveaway for over 5 years now with the winner always being drawn from the local customer entries. Some of the past local winners of the $1,000 Grand Prize include Jackie Ebert, Joel Carver, Milt Wurth, Cheynne Olson, Jason Galles, Jodi Feser, Dustin Hohbach, and Patti Cave.
