Marcus Lumber Honored as “All-Star” Hardware Store
It is with great pleasure Home Channel News announces Marcus Lumber Company of Marcus, IA was recognized as one the 2013 HCN’s Hardware Store ALL-STARS. For the past three years Home Channel News of New York recognizes one hardware store from each of the 50 states that are outstanding in their field. Ken Clark editor of Home Channel News says “The All-Star stores we have selected don’t have to be the biggest, or even the most profitable. But they must display an All-Star sense for customer service and business acumen” Relying on a combination of store visits, news searches, and nominations from trusted industry sources, HCN’s editorial selection committee assembled the All-Star lineup of elite retailers.
